Michael J. Bonan is an associate with Ross Earle Bonan & Ensor, P.A. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2013. Mr. Bonan’s practice includes civil litigation, representation of condominium and community associations, collections, and foreclosure litigation. Mr. Bonan previously clerked for the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration, and the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida. While in law school, Mr. Bonan was on the executive boards of the Business Law Review and the Intellectual Property Law Society. He also received the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement in Health Law. Mr. Bonan is the eldest son of founder and managing shareholder Elizabeth Bonan. He is a Martin County native who was raised in Palm City, Florida. He is married to Genevieve Bonan, who is also an attorney for the Consumer Protection Division of the Office of the Attorney General in West Palm Beach. On April 11, 2016 Michael and his wife Genevieve welcomed their son Marc David Bonan into this world.
